Samantha Dunn, Founder and Principal of All at Once, LLC, has decades of experience working for, and with, non-profit organizations, government entities and private firms to catalyze impactful projects with positive community impact. Samantha brings an integrated and collaborative approach to all projects, building on deep experience in the development of affordable housing, negotiation of public-private partnerships and execution of complex real estate transactions.
